Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping (Lower 48 States)

  • All U.S. orders (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) ship free via standard ground delivery.
  • Timeframe: Orders placed by 12 PM PT Monday–Friday ship same day when in stock. Expect 5–8 business day delivery 

Shipping Restrictions & Notes

  • We currently ship only within the Lower 48 United States. International, Alaska, and Hawaii orders are not accepted at this time.
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days from order placement.
  • Occasionally, carrier delays may occur due to weather or other factors. We’re not liable for delays related to weather.

Shipping Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email as soon as your shipment is picked up by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

  • We accept returns on unopened, unopened, unexpired products purchased directly from our site within 30 days of delivery.

Ineligible Items

  • Opened, used, expired, or defective products are not eligible for return.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (Amazon, Chewy, etc.) cannot be returned through Pet Ultimates.

Return Authorization (RMA) Required

  • Contact Customer Support to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any returns.
  • Items returned without RA will be refused, and shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method and retaining the tracking number.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items .

Partial Refunds

  • Refunds cover the purchase price less original shipping charges. Expedited or Premium shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email support@petultimates.com with your order number, RA request, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll issue an RA number and the return address.
  3. Ship the unused, sealed item within 30 days using a trackable method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting support. After that, we cannot cancel or change orders once processing has begun.
